SUMMER CAMPS

JOIN US SUMMER 2026 AT THE HUB!

Where girls build confidence, connection, and joy through sport, mindset, and mentorship.

Strong Girls United Summer Camps are part of our “I SHINE” Summer series, designed to help girls shine through movement, mindset, and connection. Designed for girls entering grades K–4, each camp creates a fun, supportive, and empowering environment where campers can move, play, and grow.

Each 3-day camp week (9:00 AM–1:00 PM) blends sports, mindfulness, creativity, and community to help girls build confidence, resilience, and healthy habits — on and off the field.

What to Expect Each Week:

  • Sports & Movement - A variety of fun, all-level activities including volleyball, beach volleyball, basketball, soccer, racket sports (tennis & pickleball), track & field, yard games, and more. Sports rotate weekly so returning campers experience something new.

  • Mindfulness & Mental Skills - Age-appropriate lessons that support emotional regulation, focus, confidence, and mental health, including breathing, calming strategies, and positive self-talk.

  • Creative & Mindset Projects - Hands-on crafts and mindset activities tied to themes like kindness, gratitude, confidence, courage, and friendship. Campers leave with meaningful take-home projects each week.

  • Summer Mindset Book - Campers build a personal Summer Mindset Book throughout the week. New campers create a cover; returning campers add new pages. Books include mindfulness activities, mental skills worksheets, and reflection prompts

  • Connection & Community- Group games, teamwork, and guided reflection help campers build friendships and feel supported in a positive, encouraging environment.
