Strong Girls Mental Skills & Lifting Program
Stay strong all Summer! Join us at the Hub to build both physical and mental strength! Our Strong Girls Mental Skills & Lifting Program combines strength training with confidence-building, goal setting, resilience, and performance mindset coaching.
Led by Dylan Green, a recent All-American hockey and lacrosse athlete from Wesleyan College. This program is designed to help middle school girls become stronger, more confident athletes on and off the field.
Discounted Summer Rate (Paid in Full): $95
We are intentionally keeping this program affordable as we launch and grow opportunities for middle school girls. Families who enroll for the full summer help us plan staffing, secure coaches, and continue offering high-quality programming in our community.
The full-summer option is discounted and provides the best value, even if your daughter is unable to attend every session due to summer schedules.
Drop-In Option: $20 per Session
Need flexibility or want to bring a friend? Girls are welcome to attend individual sessions for $20 per session.
