Build strength, boost confidence, and feel good in your body with this approachable, supportive weight room session designed just for moms. Led by a physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist, this 60-minute class focuses on safe, effective strength training in a welcoming, no-pressure environment.
Whether you’re new to lifting or getting back into a routine, you’ll learn proper form and technique to help you move better, prevent injury, and get the most out of your workouts. Each session blends guided instruction with independent lifting time, so you can go at your own pace while still having support.
We’ll cover foundational movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls—breaking them down in a way that feels doable and empowering, not intimidating.
