The Middle School Strong Girls Program at The Hub provides a structured, team-like environment where girls in grades 5–8 build confidence, leadership, and lifelong healthy habits through movement and mindset training.
Led by SGU staff, including a Performance Specialist, along a Mental Performance Coach and high school mentors. Each session blends fitness, games, and social-emotional learning in a supportive, all-girls space built to uplift and empower.
By generous donations & fundraising, the Spring Session is Free for all participants! The Spring sessions will be from 4:00-5:30PM, starting the week of May 4th and run through the week of June 8th.
