Session 1 on Tuesday May 12th, 2:30-3:30PM
This 60-minute session combines the benefits of full-body movement with the relaxing views of the beach. We will begin our session with a gentle warm-up and dynamic stretching at the Hub. From there, we’ll head out for a brisk, technique-focused Nordic walk, using poles to engage the upper body, improve posture, and enhance cardiovascular fitness.
