A structured, small-group lifting program designed to build strength, confidence, and proper technique in a supportive environment. Led by Ellen Yost, Doctor of Physical Therapy & Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, this program is for any high school girl — whether you’re:
In-season and want training that complements your sport,
Out of season and looking to maintain strength and confidence, or
Not currently on a team but eager to learn lifting skills and train in a positive setting.
Join us for the Spring Session on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:30-6:45pm, starting the week of May 4th and running until the week of June 8th. (If you cannot come both days, just let us know at checkout!).
