We’ll cover how to fuel smart for long school days, training sessions, games, and recovery—plus the most common mistakes that impact energy, focus, mood, and performance. Topics include: Students will leave with notes and resources to help them take action immediately, and parents will receive a take-home handout to support healthy routines at home.
