Session 1:
Join us to celebrate the season with movement, creativity, and holiday fun! We’ll make holiday cards for our families, dance to festive music, and explore a winter-themed obstacle course. Reindeer antler ring toss and a playful snowball throw will add to the holiday cheer!

Participants must currently be in grades not in school to pre-kindergarten.
Session 2:
Join us and celebrate Valentine’s Day with a heart hunt filled with kindness, friendship, and fun! We’ll search for hidden hearts, each revealing a simple way to spread joy—from giving a high five to saying something kind to a friend. Together, we’ll practice how small acts of kindness can make a big difference!

Session 3:
Celebrate spring with creativity, movement, and friendship! We’ll make colorful paper flowers to decorate our SGU garden together, then hop into fun with a playful bunny-hop activity. Together, we’ll watch our garden bloom as we create, connect, and cheer each other on!

Strong Girls United Event Series
Join us for Where Strong Starts, designed for our youngest Strong Girls to explore movement, play, and friendship in positive & supportive environment. Through games, activities, and new experiences, girls will discover what it means to be strong, brave, and confident! These events are free! Register for one or all three! Your child should wear activity-appropriate clothing and shoes.
